Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 4, 2026
Find My Concerts ("we," "us") provides a dashboard for tracking concert and event listings
sourced from Ticketmaster. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and
the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Account information: when you sign in, we collect your email address and,
optionally, your first name, last name, and phone number.
- Usage data: venues you track, artists you favorite, shows you dismiss or
favorite, and your notification preferences.
- Login sessions: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use
third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
How We Use Information
- To send one-time login codes and account-related email through our email provider
(Resend).
- To personalize your dashboard — your tracked venues, favorite artists, and alerts.
- Your phone number, if provided, is stored for potential future SMS notifications about
show alerts. It isn't currently used for anything else, and we don't sell or share it for
marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
- Ticketmaster: event, venue, and artist data on this site comes from the
Ticketmaster Discovery API. We don't control Ticketmaster's own data practices — see
Ticketmaster's privacy policy for how they handle information on their platform.
- Resend: used to deliver login codes and account email.
- Cloudflare: provides content delivery and security (DDoS protection, bot
mitigation) for this site.
What We Don't Do
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't run third-party advertising or
analytics trackers on this site.
Data Retention & Your Choices
You can stop using the Service at any time. Your tracked venues, favorite artists, and
preferences are tied to your account and stored for as long as your account exists.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves (for example, if SMS alerts launch). We'll
update the "Last updated" date above when that happens.
